Shipping policy

Every Byron Hobo tee is printed after you order it. Here's how delivery usually works.

How long it takes
Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. After that it's handed to the courier. Printful estimates shirts take 5–30 business days to reach Australia once they've shipped. Our Black and White Garlic Prawn tees are usually printed in Australia, so they often arrive towards the quicker end. Printful chooses the print facility, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address. We currently ship to Australia.

Split orders
If you order more than one colour or product, items can ship separately if they're printed in different places.

Lost or late parcels
Printful suggests waiting 3 more business days after the estimated delivery date. If it still hasn't turned up, get in touch with your order number and we'll chase it. Printful needs lost-parcel claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, so please tell us as soon as you can.

Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, or because nobody collected it, the cost to send it again sits with the customer.
